• Court reporter, clerk, and filing costs are separate and paid by the client.
• Oral argument, rehearing, and other work beyond the brief are priced separately.

For qualifying judgments under $50,000, the fixed-fee option covers specified collection tools such as garnishment, execution, discovery, or turnover.

• The collection service also charges one-third of the amount collected.
• The consultation comes before engagement. We confirm eligibility and scope, and use different arrangements for larger or more complex judgments.
